Need to submit a warranty claim or service request?

Backyard World stands behind every building we sell. If you need warranty support or service work, our team is here to help keep your structure in top condition. To ensure a fast and accurate review, please keep the following in mind:

  • Please complete the form in full so our team can process your request without delays.
  • If you are not the original purchaser, please include the building’s serial number or the original purchaser’s name.
  • If you are submitting a repair request, please provide clear photos showing both close-up details and the wider location of the issue.
  • If you send photos by text or email, please include your name and contact information so we can match them to your request.
  • If you prefer to mail your documents, please send the completed form and photos to Backyard World, Attn: Claims, PO Box 344, Campbellsville, KY 42719.
  • Our team typically responds to completed submissions within 1–2 business days.
  • Warranty claims for pre-owned products will be denied unless otherwise stated on your signed invoice.
